Every seller goes through verification. We don't do it for you, look for loopholes or promise approval. Our job is to make every step clear: what's happening and what to do next.
If your business isn't a fit, we'll tell you right away.
Questions
When do you launch?
There's no exact date yet. Right now it's early access: we're building a waitlist and talking to future sellers. Everyone on the list will hear from us before sign-ups open.
How much will it cost?
Pricing is still in progress. We'll announce it before launch so you have time to do the math. It will be on the pricing page.
Which countries do you work with?
Companies registered in the US and in EU countries. We'll publish the exact list of countries before launch.
Who holds the money?
Payments are processed by our payment partner, and payouts go to your company's bank account. We'll describe the full flow and payout timing before launch.
Will there be support in Russian?
Yes. It's one of the main reasons we're building cluecat. Real people answer, in Russian and English.
Will you help me get verified?
We'll help you understand it: what's needed, why, and what to do if something doesn't pass. But your business goes through verification itself. We don't skip it and we don't guarantee the result.
